4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Switching between batches is not allowed once you are registered.

5. Course Completion

• This is a skills training workshop; no formal certificate is issued unless otherwise stated.

• Attendance is your responsibility. No make-up sessions will be offered.

6. Participant Conduct

• Participants must behave respectfully during sessions.

• Disruptive behavior will lead to removal without refund.

• The instructor may mute or remove participants violating these norms.

• Recording, copying, or commercial use of content is prohibited without written permission.

8. Technical Requirements

• Ensure a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video setup.

• We are not responsible for participant-side technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate, practical knowledge but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• We are not liable for data loss, technical failure, or damages from AI tool usage.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

• Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
